*As a senior java developer, you mostly work on projects for our customers. You are part of a team in which, in addition to designing, developing and testing the software, you coach more junior team mates.
*You collaborate with the whole team to deliver software that meets the customer's expectations as well as in line with the quality standards set for the project.
*Thanks to your seniority, you can propose innovative and pragmatic solutions to problems. You try to make the development process as effective as possible by reducing risks and automating repetitive tasks.

Profil recherché
*English : fluent in reading, writing and speaking
*Master degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
*5 years relevant experience in Java development
*Sound knowledge of SWING, JSE, JUniT, project automation, source control tools
*Sound design skills and knowledge of design patterns, architectural patterns and object oriented principles
*Coaching, collaboration and good communication skills
