Forming part of the Web team the role involves having the freedom to make meaningful and measurable improvements impacting thousands of people. The role involves being a key part of the idea generation process, working in a small passionate team who take full ownership of their part of the platform. It will involve working with developers, designers and copywriters to conceive, analyse, hand code and test ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Possessing a mastery of Frontend technologies the role is the glue between developers and designers.
- Interpreting graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Creating, editing or modifying templates for a CMS or web development framework
- Creating visually appealing responsive web pages and interfaces
- Programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery
- Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies
- Testing for compliance to specified standards such as accessibility standards in the clients region or domain
Position Requirements
- JavaScript – experience in having full control over common libraries such as jQuery, AngularJS,BackBoneJS. Able to write extensions to these libraries
- Experience in debugging your and others work and profile bottlenecks in performance
- HML5/CSS – possess a mastery of Responsive design, Cross browser compatibilities, Cutting and Slashing designs turning proposed PSDs into a fully capable and supported page
- Proficient with a CSS Preprocessor such as Sass or LESS
- In-depth knowledge of templating Solutions such as twig, smarty, php…
- Knowledge of Version Control and GIT in specific
- Knowledge of current industry best practices
- Written and spoken English to not only understand your requirements, but communicate clearly with the team as well.
