Interim Management Projects recheche activement un consultant freelance en ICT - IT pour l'un de ses clients. La mission de consultance concerne une fonction d'IT Manager. Notre client demande une expérience conséquente en la matière et de bonnes compétences techniques.
Profil recherché
Voici un descriptif plus détaillé :
• Analyse and improve business processes through use of relevant technology • Review of technology on an ongoing basis to ensure scalability to meet the rapid expansion of outlets/shops, forecasted; • Management and control of the budget. Managing IT procurement, reporting variances to budget to senior management. • Work closely with the Chief Executive, Finance Director and Operations Director to ensure that proposed IT strategy is aligned to business requirements and commercial decision making. Proposing various IT initiatives and developments for the business to increase efficiencies and cost savings in line with budgets and forecasts • Manage relationships with primary business partners – IT support, EPOS supplier and telecoms provider, • Review and renegotiate new SLAs with both the EPOS supplier and IT support company ensuring compliance with ITIL best practice • Project management, including prioritisation in line with demand and commercial requirements of the business, examples include: - development of the intranet - implementation of database integration - roll out of VoIP - manage office relocation • Manage the online web presence, online promotions, head office systems (finance, HR, payroll), EPOS terminals
