- Upgrade of the Charles River Platform to V9.6 or V9.7.
- CRD is used as the Pre- and Post-Trade Constraint Check (Compliance Service).
- The company currently has around 1,600 constraints coded into the platform. To assist in UAT, the company needs two experienced testers to work on the Business side.
The candidates, assisted by people in the Risk Mgt team, will design and execute a series of tests to ensure that the Constraint Checks work in the new version and deliver correct results. The change of version requires a significant change in Data Model, but the end results of the Constraints Checks should be the same.
- UAT will last for a period of 4-6 weeks ; the company foresees a further 4-6 weeks to design the tests in the first place.
-> Note that this is a Business side testing role and NOT a technical role.
The UAT approach will be time limited, so part of the objective is to identify the minimum number of tests to test the maximum number of Constraints.
