Cream is developing rapidly his network of consultants especially thanks to his growing portfolio of clients. For that reason, we are looking to recruit new consultants to strengthen our teams.

WHAT IS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?

In order to better answer their customers’ needs or to improve their internal business processes, our clients develop and maintain in-house products: internet and mobile banking applications, business administration tools (pricing, contracts management, billing…), electronic document management solutions (medical prescription, notarial deeds...).

In close collaboration with the Architect and the Project Manager, your role will be:

• Provide technical analysis based on business requirements
• Take part in workload estimation
• Development of front end and back end applications
- Designing workflows and functions (UML)
- Create new applications and optimize existing frameworks
- Maintenance and evolution of existing solutions
• Implement the developed solution
• Follow up on software lifecycle management:
- Continuous integration
- Release management
- Unit testing
- Documentation…
• Keep up to date with new technologies

WHAT IS CREAM LOOKING FOR?

• You have a Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Developer
• You master and practice the concepts of:
- Application lifecycle management (releases, branches, tags, versions, ticketing…)
- Object Oriented Development and UML Modelling
• You are experienced in development in Java environments, among others:
- J2EE
- Client side technologies like JSF/RichFaces, Adobe Flex and/or Javascript
- Web or JEE containers like Apache HTTPD, Jetty, Apache Tomcat or JBoss AS
- Java Frameworks: Struts, Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate, Swing, JSF
- HTML, CSS, Ajax, Jquery, Junit, Linux, Maven
- XML technologies (XSLT, XML Schema, WSDL, SOAP)
- DBMS: Oracle, SQL
• You are a team-player
• You have experience with Agile development (Test driven development, Scrum, Sprint planning…)
• You are able to work with autonomy while being also a great team player
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is also required
• You are committed to travel occasionally abroad upon client’s request
