Working in the Central Technical Solutions team at Criteo, you will have the responsibilities of managing the internal tools project and act as the Business Driver for Operations on the CRM Project.
Your responsibilities will include :
CRM Business Driver for Operations : Responsible for the user adoption by the Operations teams & the quality of the operations processes implementation of the project
- Develop business requirements and User Acceptance Testing protocols
- Help prioritize Business Requirements from Operations teams
- Provide business process flowchart and/or documentation regarding Operations teams work
- Ensure proper user training for the Operations, working on a training plan
- Coordinate with CRM program management team
"Local Tools" Project Manager responsibilities : Manage the local tools project : help create a secure environment for local Operations teams to develop productivity tools
- Work with local teams & "official tools dev team" to study connectivity needs & Design "Local Tools connectivity API", allowing local tools to read data from our prod platform in a scalable way
- Generally speaking, ensure local teams have the resources they need to develop tools on their side
- Provide Central Technical Solutions dev. team with specifications to develop official productivity tools, on a faster development cycle than tools available on our production platform
- Develop knowledge of existing tools created by our local teams all around the world

Profil recherché
Profile:
- 2+ years in functional Project management (MOA)
- Degree in computer science or technology related degree
- Early adopter to technology and passion and interest in global ecommerce markets
- Strong communication skills with Business and Tech Teams
- Ability to follow & push multiple projects rigorously
- Good autonomy to drive discussions with local teams & push for the use of a centralized platform
