Proposing various IT initiatives and developments for the business to increase efficiencies and cost savings in line with budgets and forecasts • Manage relationships with primary business partners – IT support, EPOS supplier and telecoms provider, • Review and renegotiate new SLAs with both the EPOS supplier and IT support company ensuring compliance with ITIL best practice • Project management, including prioritisation in line with demand and commercial requirements of the business, examples include: - development of the intranet - implementation of database integration - roll out of VoIP - manage office relocation • Manage the online web presence, online promotions, head office systems (finance, HR, payroll), EPOS terminals
