Job Description
Main Missions :
· Provide support and assistance to the monitoring team
· Define rules and best practices for monitoring, communicate and control effective implementation
· Enhancement of the documentary base (OH, SOP, ...), control and validation
· Integration of monitoring tools to global supervision environment
· Continuous improvement of production through analysis, configuration and automation
· Incidents analysis and reporting
· Impact analysis of change request
· Acquisition andmaintenance of skills
· Possible Role ofkey holder and security officer in key ceremonies

Job Requirements
Qualifications/abilities:
· Graduate degree in informatics or very strong experience as experimented technician
· Knowledge in the areas of Linux operating systems
· Good and widespread technical background (Network, System, Database) are necessary
· Desirable skills script Unix, PHP, Perl, MySQL
· Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale
· Open to cultural differences
· Good knowledge of ITIL, Knowledge in standards related to IT (ie PCI DSS, ISO standards, ISAE 3402 ...)
· High motivation and efficienc
· Security
· Very good team player and open mindset
· Self-responsible action with high quality standards
· Being an international organization, a good understanding and use of English is mandatory (read/write/speech) and ability to manage meeting in international context
· Occasional trips
· Autonomy, proactivity, team spirit, force for Proposals
