As a PM, your day-to-day responsibilities range from creation / design of new consumer product features through clear, robust specification, driving them to delivery in an agile mode, communicating well with our internal customers and managing expectations appropriately. To do so, you will heavily collaborate with sister/partner teams in Redmond.
In addition, you have the responsibility of understanding our service ecosystem and our user needs to appropriately scope the feature that you own. You will deeply partners with our development teams and other PMs to design those features and scope our investment.

• Responsible a feature or a set of features of a larger product
• Scope, define and plan the features
• Drive clarity across teams, agree on dependencies and common goals, establish long lasting trusted relationship with partner teams
• Represent your features towards leadership and across the organization
• Advocate for the right product choices and user experiences across teams
• Be responsible for making the right product choice for your features

Profil recherché
The ideal candidate has experience as a PM at Microsoft or has experience in an engineering group with cross team collaboration and a product definition role. Adaptability, good analytical skills and a good sense of humor is a must.

Competencies:
• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years’ experience as a PM or equivalent working in delivery and definition of proven end to end products.
• Ability to be creative in solving problems taking into account technical details & limitations there-in.
• Ability to understand and synthetize complex systems
• Ability to think for the end user and make the right experience choices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
• Good presentation and cross groups partnership skills
• Proven self-driven initiative
Plus:
• Agile development a plus
• Fluent in French a plus
• Fluent in English mandatory
• Have successfully delivered existing Internet scale services a plus.
• Software development experience a plus
