Business Intelligence is one of AGS key offerings to AXA subsidiaries based on shared platforms and shared competency centres, this model bringing cost efficiency, expertise on robust solutions and speed to deliver value.
Within the IT Shared Services, The Technical Analyst BI will be in charge of technical activities (assessments, developments, maintenance…) on Microsoft components used within the BI “Non Finance” applications;
The BI Non Finance MS Technical Analyst primary responsibility is to maintain on ours BI “Non Finance” applications based on Microsoft components, and to participate to new projects within the perimeter. Those activities have to be in phase with the global BI Architecture.
He/she will have to ensure the best quality of Service on BI Platform by proposing and implementing preventive and corrective actions, and will also have to participate to the success of the projects in collaboration with the project managers. He/she is the technical referent of the applications within his perimeter.
Your mains activities will be the following:
Maintenance of the quality of Service:
Follow up of the applications;
Incidents management and resolution;
Implementation of corrections and evolutions (with a context of high volume and high performance) :
Assessment;
Study of impact;
Conception;
Technical specifications;
Development;
Testing;
Delivery;
Documentation;
Study and proposals for improvement of the existing systems;
Performance analysis and optimizations actions on high volumes of data;
Implementation and participation to projects :
Assessment
Study of impact
Conception
Technical specifications
Development
Testing
Delivery

If the project is implemented in India: monitoring, supervision and validation of the implementation tasks

Profil recherché
Minimum of 4 years significant experience in consulting or technical activities on Microsoft BI technologies (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
