DOMAINS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Audit Remediation Management in Chief Risk Office


OBJECTIVES


The Audit Liaison Officer is in charge of the follow-up of audit issues and recommendations.
He/she ensures centrally the follow-up with AXA Tech counterparts in regional organization.
He/she is the central AXA Tech point of contact for Audit


MISSIONS


Liaise with Audit to manage the impact of Audits on operational team, (timing scope) from annual plan to execution
Coordinate with Audit to agree severity and impact of issues and to propose appropriate, and effective MAP’s for remediation, in line with risk appetite
Challenge action owner on their actions, quality of the remediation, consistency of the proof with the expectations of audit
Review management action plan to ensure that we do not over commit
Identify similar issues between regions and foster exchange between regions on similar audit recommendations
In relation with the risk management, use audit recommendation to refine AXA Tech risk profile
Regularly share with top management audit findings, recommendation status, audit plan
Manage the community of audit coordinators
Act as a local Audit Remediation Officer for AXA Tech Corporate
Act as a backup of the Operational Risk Officer when needed

Profil recherché

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


Experience in Consulting or Audit (internal or external) and/or in Operational Risk Management
Knowledge of risk-based approach and internal control framework
Experience in the IT Assurance domain
5 to 10 years of experience
Capacity in planning, managing projects and teamwork
Flexibility, autonomy
Fluent English, French is a significant plus
