On the AXA Global Graduate Program 2015, AXA Group Solutions is seeking a Mobile Product Manager who will join a team (7 members) dedicated to conceiving, designing and building mobile assets with the ambition to roll them out internationally. This individual will have strong inter-personal skills allowing him / her to evolve in a highly exposed and international environment.

Your responsibilities
You will manage innovative and customer-centric mobile projects related to AXA Drive, Telematics initiatives or potential new ideas initiated by the Lines of Business, the Start In program or key partners.
Dedicated to the Digital Agency during the first year, you will be working in close relationship with the Mobile Architect, the UX manager, the Digital Agency’s project managers and the AGS Spain developers, under the responsibility of the Mobile Manager.
You will also interact with AXA Technology Services, AXA Group Solutions, all lines of business (Property & Casualty, Life and Savings, Health) as well as OpCos, external solutions and service providers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
90% of your time, you will be working on new digital services for mobiles devices. You will be:
100% accountable for end-to-end delivery of a set of strategic mobile assets, from concept to scoping, development to release. You will have to centralize collaboration efforts with all involved teams, within GMD, with AGS Spain or external service providers.
Prepare training material for marketing, brand, internal and external communications teams to fully understand the product,
Endorse the role of Product Owner for a set of strategic mobile assets, in the context of our Agile transition,
Build and maintain the product roadmap, based on customer feedback, user tests and business requirements,
Be the voice of the customer whenever it needs to be heard,
Influence product decisions, help engineering, designers, legal, procurement and any involved stakeholder to understand the product needs, and collaborate in building and launching the products,
Collect and analyze key primary indicators as well as reviews and ratings to feed the product roadmap and project planning. Nourish user value proposals and help management get a pulse on the product success,
Be aware of the overall mobile application market, major trends and evolutions, competitors’ offers and associated business models, and best practices that add value to customers.

10% of your time, you will be a catalyst for innovation. You will:
Support the AXA Lab and AXA Innovation teams, driving internal innovation programs,
Build knowledge across multiple market segments and the ecosystem including, but not limited to, big data, eCommerce, wearables, education, hyperlocal and other emerging technologies.

Position requirements

Professional and technical skills
[Master’s degree or equivalent dual diploma (or PhD) in finance, actuarial, mathematics, statistics, business, management or similar;
Relevant work experience;
Analytical skills / Ability to evolve in a complex and diverse technical environment;
Motivated by an international and dynamic environment and willing to relocate after 12 to 18 months (note: international mobility will be based on motivation and individual performance);
Fluent in English - both written and spoken ;

Must have
Microsoft Office proficiency,
Design sensibility (Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator),
Mobile development notions,
Strong project management skills,
Proficiency at effectively managing multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects,
Strong execution background with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and markets,
