Missions et enjeux du poste
Risk management activities are keys for Solvency 2 compliance, implying high level of availability of the system managing this process.
This position is in permanent contact with the users, providers and AXA GS transversal teams such like Architecture and Security, requiring a lot of autonomy, of initiative and self-confidence. He/she will be representing AXA Group Solutions towards the user community and will influence as such the customer scope results of AXA Group Solutions (L&S Risk Department perspective).

Main Mission
On the perimeter of Risk Management Platform & Services:
- Be the main representative of the platform Architecture & Security
- Contributes to platform stability and evolution projects
- Develop and maintain required level of service and process quality
- Deliver service according to agreed SLA’s and standards
Dimension of the role:
Risk Management Platform and Services (RMPS) activities are mainly IT/Platform support oriented in the context of Risk Management activity which is using a very large internal cloud computing platform for regulator production of figures. It includes a large part of customers and providers facing activity on top of the IT Technical activity. Key challenges in front of the platform are large ones:
Integrate the usage of external, public Cloud as an extension of the internal cloud
Manage the Security challenge as a key requirement for the whole AXA Group
Enhance the quality of service and industrialize the BAU
The Risk Management Platform Operation Analyst requires very important skill in Platform Management: Windows, Linux, Citrix, Grid Technology (HPC, GridServer), Cloud, etc… as well as Actuarial Tools which are niche and complex to manage.
It has to manage autonomously part of the platform, manage incident through ticketing tool, investigate incidents and manage their resolution with the help of our providers may them be our infrastructure provider (AXA Tech) or Vendor’s support teams.
Although Architecture and security are the main parts of the activity, he/she will also have to contribute significantly to day to day activities. Therefore availability of the RMPS platform is key, and understanding of what is at stake is important, as well as a high degree of implication and motivation while solving issues.
Main activities:
Manage Platform Security
Manage the pentesting exercise form preparation up till the end of the remediation plan
Produce documentation/reporting as required by AXA GS Security department
Manage the relationship with AXA tech Security
Contribute proactively to projects from a security perspective for Platform and Application team
Manage Platform Architecture:
Contribute to functional or technical projects from an architecture perspective for platform and Application team.
Produce documentation / architecture design as required by the AXA GS Architecture department
Contribute proactively to platform stabilization by proposing relevant technical changes or projects
Contribute to projects business case, planning, quality: feasibility inputs, sizing, deadlines, and prepare BAU handover
Manage Incidents
Take care of incident submission, resolution & tracking
Manage indicators in relationship with SLA
Provide according reporting
Handle small change requests

Profil recherché
IT engineer with skills in architecture and security, and with appetence in customer and providers facing.
Proven IT architecture skills with competence in Grid / Cloud technology
Proven IT security & compliance skills like pentesting or ITGC/IFC.
Ability to discuss with the infrastructure providers and to drive them to best fitting solutions.
Experience in Grid / Cloud Technologies.
Ability to understand business needs, and to design target IT/Platform architecture and solutions
Ability to produce project deliverables and review for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
IT knowledge
Windows, Linux
Citrix, RDP
HPC, GridServer
Experience with Azure/Amazon cloud is a plus
