UX / UI Designer (H/F)

As a UX / UI designer, you will be responsible for design Experiences and Emotions through digital solutions with a user centric approach for prospects and customers of the Company.
Dedicated to the Digital Agency, the UX/UI Designer will be working in close relationship with the Head of Mobile, Digital Agency’s project managers and AGS Spain developers, under the responsibility of the Head of UX. The candidate will also interact with AXA GS, all lines of business (P&C, Life and Savings, Health) as well as OpCos and external solutions and service providers.
Your main missions will be;
Use UX methodology to identify user’s problems;
Solve user’s problems through digital solutions;
Design and deliver UX solutions through Wireframes;
Design and deliver UI interfaces;
Design and deliver Motions Design to prove interactions on identified user stories;
Design and deliver Connected Object to test solutions;
Work with developers to bring a variety of concepts and products to life through functional prototypes, proof-of-concepts and interactive demos;
Provide UX Design expertise to technical teams to help them solve the usability of their system;
User researches, Interaction design, Information architecture, usability tests management, user flow ;

Display design thinking and can come up with sustainable solutions that span across projects and platforms keeping an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance and re-use.
Identify standard-based solutions that are appropriate to our environment and drives adoption via mentoring and guiding others who are still developing their skills.
Initiate and lead effort towards organizational goals and objectives.
Support the AXA Lab and AXA Innovation teams driving internal innovation programs.
Build knowledge across multiple market segments and the ecosystem.

Compétences
Qualifications/experiences:
Min. Bachelor's degree.
Advanced Degree preferred with at least 5 years of related experience (ux design, product design or industrial design).
Experience with banking or insurance companies a plus.
Skills and Competencies
UX Design methodologies & practices, Design thinking;
Expertise & experience in designing global digital solutions;
Extensive experience and proficiency with cross-browser, as well as native and cross-platform mobile usages and components;
Graphical Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Prototyping Tools (Axure, Keynote, etc.);
Motion Design Tools (After Effect, Adobe Premiere);
Connected Object capabilities (Arduino components and boards)
Web architectures understanding
Deeper expertise on CSS3 animations and transitions
Non-technical Skills:
Strong execution background with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and markets.
